I don't want to be too much of a buzzkiller, but maybe you should lower your expectations on Hümmet.

Yes, Malmö FF played in the Champions League. Yes, they have a really good academy, but the usually sell 2-3 youngsters a year. Look for examples on Transfermarkt (http://www.transfermarkt.de/malmo-ff-u1 ... erein/7917): Slavkovski (Inter), Pivkovski (Blackburn), Lewicki (Bayern München), Asaad (Udinese), Rustemaj (Blackburn), Hammar (Everton), Islamovic (Fulham), Zekovic (Catania)...

The, by far, best career among them is Lewicki, who's now playing in... Malmö FF. The rest? Pfff... Players like Slavkovski, Rustemaj, Zekovic, Asaad etc. isn't even CFA-good.

Malmö FF:s youngster often gets very hyped. Hümmet isn't the first "the new Ibrahimovic", it's used more often in Sweden than "the new Zidane" is used in France. Slavkovski, Rustemaj, and Islamovic are som others "the new Ibrahimovic".

Hümmet might get a good career, but if he had chose to represent Swedens national team, instead of Turkey, I'm not even sure he would play for the U19-national team. He's not among the ten biggest talents in Sweden born 1996 (Strandberg, Ssewankambo, Wahlqvist, Engvall, Berisha, Andersson, Mohlin, Rakip etc. are waaay ahead of him). I've just seen him twice, but he didn't show anything in those two games.

I'm not even sure that anyone who's not from Malmö knows who he is. I was thinking he would be lucky to ge maybe a decent career in Allsvenskan, but not much else. I could be wrong and I believe Furlan has seen something interesting, but to buy "a new Ibrahimovic" from Sweden is almost always going to be a huge disappointment.

Thank you for your commentary, very interesting. But aren't his stats pretty good ? He scored so many goals in the UEFA Youthleague. How do you explain such stats if he has not very good skills ?

Also, remember that the level of our Ligue 2 is pretty low, we usually play against strong defences and we really need a tall and strong striker as far as we already have fast and technical strikers in our team.

If he just does a good career we'll be happy, I think it is very interessant for our team to have a player as Hummet (1m87) in our effectif, many players as strikers are small.
It is rare that Troyes recuilt young foreign players, it is a good experience for us to find new promising players.

Yes, the stats are good, you can't deny that. But if you look at the goals... Four against Falkenberg home (http://svenskfotboll.se/cuper-och-serie ... id=2685986), three against Falkenberg away (http://svenskfotboll.se/cuper-och-serie ... id=2685908), two against Öster home (http://svenskfotboll.se/cuper-och-serie ... id=2685930)... Quite many "easy" goals. You get goals and some length with Hümmet, even though he's not *that* strong, but I would put the signing amongst "cheap and no risk" rather than "huge talent".

He did play one first team game, against lower league Halmia in the cup (http://svenskfotboll.se/elitettan/publi ... id=2895320), but their bench was... à la Olympique de Marseille. Just teenagers, because of resting for the Champions League games. Don't think he would hade played any first team appearances in Malmö FF 2015 if he would have stayed.
